Wed: Clement dropped by with a hand-me-down Canon IXUS220HS+a nice cover – happy to handle a Canon again. Also a Valore Multimedia Bluetooth Speaker V-ATS307 which he have no use of! Mentioned that I was thinking of buying a speaker as the in-built speaker in this laptop is not the best and often need a ear-phone which gives a headache. Thank you! Blessed to have such a wonderful and thoughtful nephew.

He also bought some pies and tarts to support his friend’s new eatery – SPies & All Things Nice***Somehow my taste buds are not used to these fusion pies. The bit size tarts are OK. Still prefer my smoked-salmon salad dinner!

Thu: today exactly 10yrs ago I started the AT thru’hike. The human spirit needs places where nature has not been rearranged by the hand of man and the AT thru’hike is one of those journeys where you can learn to reconnect with your instinct/soul again

and then I was in Ireland to visit them in 2012. Good to see them both here in SIN again. They liked the Scarlet Hotel during their last visit and staying there again this visit.

Scarlet Hotel is conveniently located in the Chinatown area with easy access to food and shopping. This UFO looks fun to play with, but I do remember asking the price of them sometime ago – not within my budget…

Loaded these pix as it is absolutely stunning and now I know where all these infinity pools get their idea from – a lake above the ocean! Sørvágsvatn is the largest lake in the Faroe Islands. Another location to add to the bucket list!!!
