in Løkenhavna/Kolsås, municipality of Bærum about 30-40mins drive from Oslo, the house is located in a friendly & safe neighbourhood with a panorama view and designers’ fireplace. Purchased in 1981 for just slightly under NOK500,000/S$111,500, a considerable amount then! The condition is OK even though it has been rented out to various tenants since 1985. Will need a layer of paint, easier than to wash the walls! This is the loose end to tie up before moving on to where ever and whatever is ahead… cross that bridge when I get there, provided that there is a bridge 🙂

It is time to negotiate with May & Bjørn who are starting their life together with an addition to the family due in Sep. Staying here to figure out the best deal for everyone. All family & friends are welcome to visit as long as I am staying in the house and you can be independent tourist. Will be in the USA in Aug when Linn is expecting their #5 baby!  Need to work here to survive in this most expensive country in the world! When the bus fare from Moss to Oslo/1hr ride cost nearly as mush as the Tiger Airways ticket from SIN-KUL, then you know that is EXPENSIVE!! Tkx to Ting for pointing that out 🙂 🙂
