The student council at Irmo High School just pulled off something extraordinary said NASSP CEO Ronn Nozoe. Their student-driven change has earned them national recognition as a National Gold Council of Excellence, proving that when young people are given the chance to lead, they turn their vision into real-world impact.

Welcome cousin Chai from Toronto/Canada back to his roots for a visit. Has been ~50yrs ago since his last visit to SIN and much to catch up. Appreciations with tkx to Les&Ivy and to nieces who made or bought yummy dishes adding to an amazing Sunday dinner. Not only are we born in the same year, we both also like durian – tkx to Clement for that delivery.
Mon: tkx for the visit, Chai wanted to see what it is like to live in public housing. Lunch@59MarineT-Coffeeshop,MeeGorengMamak&ChickenBiryarni – showing how affordable&convenient where it is less than 5mins walk to lunch for 2ppl costing ~S$15 including Coke&coffee.
Believe it or not, but he did not get to see JewelsRainVortex when landed and did not think that there will be time when he takes off early this Sat. Since in the area, his request was to visit the airport being just awarded the best in the world for 2025. Besides the iconic RainVortex/Jewel+Skytrain between T2&T3 with closer view of the RainVortex, there are also KineticRain/T1, Wonderfall/T2,etc. The goal is not to travel the world, but to live in it…
Ended the day on Bus36 dropping him near the RitzCarlton and was hoping for a joyride around the loop back to the EastSide. Hoping is not the same as happening, bus driver was jerking the bus every time he stopped giving me such a headache that I got off @TomlinsonRd to take the MRT from OrchardB-Sta – pix downloaded.
Tue: picked up meds@FarrerPk/Les’s clinic. Appreciations with tkx to cousin ChonWah&Neo for delicious lunch@JiaHeGrandChineseRestaurant first time at this location starting with some delicious&fancy DimSum. Last met with these cousins must have been when cousin Yun visited in Nov2016!
Moist&tasty LondonDuck and PigOrganSoup boiled to perfection.
