Helen asked if I miss these favourites and I certainly admit that being as greedy as I am, do like good food anywhere. And when back here these are some of it, but when in Norway, the US or anywhere for that matter, do like their good local foods there too, and no, do not miss these when I am there and do not miss my favourite Norwegian or US foods when back here, ie live in the moment.
