Sun: took some pain reliever last night, right knee was really giving me some discomfort and could hardly stand on it – not sure if it is that I have been out of Glucosamine the past week has anything to do with it? Or that I have been walking many stairs daily/14steps up&down the stairs and probably ~10times daily! Tkx to #3 for driving me to Walgreens to get more today – have been looking for them the past 2trips@Walmart, none there& then or perhaps did not look at the right places!!

Morning service@RiverlandHillsBaptistChurch with my flock, and as usual remained outside to protect my eardrums. Never cease to amaze me that this is a church despite that it is not my first time here! Wonder what my frugal maternal grandfather who was a Baptist minister would have said to this location?

Favourite church of all churches is still the ArmenianChurch of SaintGregory the Illuminator, referred to locally as the ArmenianChurch, the oldest Christian church located on HillSt/SIN. Being a non-believer of any organized religion, this modest simple church somehow gives me a serene comfort of peace, especially when I am the only person there!

Lunched@AnotherBrokenEggCafe/Lexington – not hungry enough to order anything, had a bite from everyone to taste+a cup of hot tea. Seems like names like this and Eggslut do draw the crowds! and as far as fresh good eggs are concerned, they are one of the most healthy&nutritious foods, depending on how they are prepared. Mon: Linn’s TrackAward presentation@LexingtonHighSchool where the Girls’CC-team were StateChampions in 2022 then. Good to say hi to JeremyL, and to meet their head coach Tanner who looks like one of the kids at the school – his last season as he heads on to coach full time@UofColumbia/SC. Looks like he likes to do short&sweet year ending awards, unlike that@IrmoHighSchool where #4 will be having hers with drinks&food being served on Thu! Suits me fine – only there for Linn, none of the grands attend here.

Tue: nice walk with my 1stBorn to check out that the key works for the gate at the pool now that it is official opened.

Another book borrowed (need to still return the other one left in Norway!) in good company of this crane – how appropriate considering that I have just strung&hung 18foil canes made by #5 where they can represent tranquility,peace,patience and symbolize wisdom,grace,balance,transformation – definitely good to have!

Appreciations to Linn for taking me to check out the school where she is teaching 3rdGraders – AmericanLeadershipAcademy/Lexington,SC. Tkx to Allison for stopping by to have dinner with us, amazing lady who can recognize at least 75kind of birds’ chirps! Birds chirping is like a gentle reminder to appreciate the beauty that surrounds us every day.
