And I do read them all and unspammed only very few I choose that I think will benefit readers. WordPress will block your blog if you unspammed too many and rightly so!

Thanks for stopping by and for your question. The theme is my own personal experience from my thru-hike on the Appalachian Trail thru 14 states in the USA. Both the panoramic picture and the tag-line are the inspiration from my 2,175 miles/3,500 km hike in 127 days.
I think some of this stuff may have been stolen, it’s all over the internet and various peoples websites, unless you’re the original creator?

Even some my postings have pictures, quotes etc that are borrowed from others but I do try to credit the owners of whatever that is borrowed. First of all I want to say superb blog! I had a quick question in which I’d like to ask if you don’t mind. I was interested to find out how you center yourself and clear your thoughts before writing. I have had difficulty clearing my mind in getting my thoughts out there. I do enjoy writing but it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes are generally lost simply just trying to figure out how to begin. Any recommendations or hints? Cheers!
