Looking from this list, good to know that both Norway&SIN are where I have lived&worked in these countries and at present still visiting in SIN and returning annually to visit Norway. Happiness,success,riches,wealth,etc are relative&subjective! But life would be rather sad if everything is to be measured by monetary signs!
